Rocky von Rasmussen is a striking looking 2-year-old German Shepherd mix. He is a large boy with stunning markings and a sweet personality.  Rocky is one of those dogs that seems happy all the time.  When walking with a volunteer, he kept his head up and was calmly paying attention to all his surroundings.  He curiously poked his head into every business with an open door.  He even walked up to the UPS truck and met the driver to the amazement of the volunteer!  Rocky walks well on leash, gets along with dogs while on and off leash, and appears to be house broken. When Rocky came back to the kennel after his walk, he gave his volunteer a kiss of gratitude and then turned around and gave our sweet beauty Roxy (also up for adoption) a couple kisses too.  It was as if he was on top of the world.  All Rocky needs now is a forever someone who will show him the love and attention he is so willing to give in return.
